Meet Elaine
Making a difference has always been my passion. Whether that’s a business impact, or a better outcome for your people, both are equally as important.
I come from humble beginnings, a small village on the south coast where my father was a ferry skipper and fisherman, I think that’s where my love for the water comes from! I left home at the age of 21, not to escape, but to spread my wings and find more out about the world and its inhabitants. People fascinate me, and different countries and cultures intrigue me.
I’ve travelled the world for pleasure and had the privilege to work in America, Central America, Africa and Australia, and in a wide range of industry sectors, banking, insurance, charitable and engineering.
My target is always to get the best out of everyone. I’m not someone who sits on the sidelines, I get to know your business by being part of your business. It will feel like I’ve become part of the team.
Just like people have self-limiting beliefs, these can hold organisations back too. Sometimes it’s hard to open-up and be honest about what’s not working as well as it should. Often, it is easier to just carry on.
But I don’t do sticky plasters or quick fixes, so if you are prepared to turn the tide, I can promise you it will be worth it. My partners and I are committed to helping you towards a brighter future, where the transition is smooth, and the change is long-term, sustainable and lead by your people.
